LOCK OUT TAG OUT SAFE OPERATING PROCEDURE ON-LINE THEORY

Welcome to the Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Safe Operating Procedure Training Programme. This course is designed to provide learners with the essential knowledge required to safely isolate hazardous energy sources during maintenance and servicing activities, in compliance with Irish health and safety legislation. The programme covers legal duties, risk assessments, roles and responsibilities, permit systems, lockout devices, isolation verification procedures, and safe re-energisation processes.
