Welcome to the Combilift Straddle Carrier Operator Training Programme. This course is designed to provide learners with the essential theoretical knowledge required to safely operate a Combilift Straddle Carrier in accordance with Irish health and safety legislation, workplace procedures and recognised industry best practice. The programme covers legal responsibilities, hazard awareness, machine familiarisation, stability and load handling, pre-use inspections, safe travelling and manoeuvring, and correct operating procedures.
