1. Introduction
Welcome to E-Hub, the online training and testing platform operated by NVPDT (National Vocational and Plant Development Training). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the E-Hub platform, courses, assessments, and related services. By registering for an account, purchasing access, or using a company-issued voucher, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the E-Hub platform.
2. Definitions
- “Platform” or “E-Hub” refers to the learning management system hosted at ehub.nvpdt.com.
- “NVPDT,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the National Vocational and Plant Development Training organization, the operator of E-Hub.
- “Trainee,” “user,” or “you” refers to any individual or company accessing or using the E-Hub platform.
- “Company Account” refers to an employer account that provides access for its staff through vouchers or group membership.
- “Courses” refers to the online training modules, materials, and assessments available on E-Hub.
- “Certificate” refers to the digital certificate of completion generated automatically upon successful course completion.
3. Eligibility
To use E-Hub, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- Provide accurate information (full name, date of birth, and email) during registration.
- Agree that the certificate name will match the name entered at registration.
Company representatives registering groups of employees confirm that all trainees meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Accounts and Access
4.1 Individual Accounts
Individuals may register directly on E-Hub using their email and password or via a voucher code. If a course or membership requires payment, users must complete checkout using the secure Stripe payment gateway.
4.2 Company Accounts
Companies with active subscriptions may create or manage multiple trainee accounts using vouchers or group enrollment. Company administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate trainee information and ensuring compliance with NVPDT’s terms.
4.3 Security and Access
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Sharing, selling, or transferring access to another person is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension or revocation of certification.
5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All training materials, including PDFs, videos, quizzes, and certificates, are owned by NVPDT and protected under copyright laws. Materials are provided for learning purposes only and may not be:
- Downloaded, copied, shared, recorded, or redistributed;
- Used for commercial purposes without written consent.
E-Hub implements technical and policy-based restrictions to prevent content download or unauthorized use. However, users acknowledge that absolute prevention of screen capture or recording is technically impossible.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Individual Payments
Payments for courses or annual access are processed securely through Stripe. Access is granted only upon successful payment.
6.2 Company Access
Companies with annual subscriptions are invoiced directly by NVPDT and granted access to manage employee vouchers. If payment is not received, company access and trainee accounts may be suspended until payment is settled.
6.3 Refunds
All purchases are final. Refunds are issued only in cases of technical errors preventing course access, verified by NVPDT’s support team. Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase.
7. Tests, Assessments, and Certificates
- Tests and quizzes are automatically marked by the system.
- The passing threshold for most courses is 75%, unless stated otherwise.
- Certificates are automatically generated upon passing and include the trainee’s name, date, and course title.
- Certificates remain accessible within the trainee’s dashboard for download.
- NVPDT reserves the right to verify, revoke, or withhold certificates in case of cheating, impersonation, or misuse of the platform.
8. Company Dashboard and Data
Authorized company administrators can view, manage, and export trainee data and certification results for compliance and record-keeping. This data must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
Companies are strictly prohibited from modifying or re-uploading content within the E-Hub platform without prior agreement from NVPDT.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
NVPDT collects and processes user information (such as name, date of birth, email, and test results) for training management and certification purposes. Data is stored securely and used only for:
- Account creation and access control;
- Course progress tracking;
- Certificate issuance;
- Company reporting (for registered group members).
We comply with all applicable data protection laws and do not sell user data to third parties.

10. Platform Availability and Maintenance
E-Hub operates under high-availability hosting through Hostinger with scheduled maintenance windows. While we strive for 99% uptime, NVPDT is not liable for downtime caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance;
- Technical failures outside our control;
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).
In case of extended outages, affected deadlines or exams may be rescheduled.
11. Misuse and Termination
NVPDT reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if:
- False information is provided during registration;
- Unauthorized access or content sharing occurs;
- Payment defaults or chargebacks are identified;
- The system is used in a way that compromises security or integrity.
Terminated accounts may lose access to course history and certificates.
12. Limitation of Liability
NVPDT provides the E-Hub platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVPDT shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages;
- Certificate acceptance by third-party institutions or regulators;
- User errors, failed exams, or data loss caused by external factors.
Users acknowledge that course results depend solely on individual performance.
13. Modifications
NVPDT may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of E-Hub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
